When you’re ready, we’ll walk you through step-by-step.
We’re on a mission to make financial literacy a priority.
LearnLux was built by Millennials, for Millennials. We create online learning tools to empower you to take control of your personal finances. Like many people, we were faced with financial decisions and didn’t feel prepared. We talked to a lot of people to figure out how we personally could learn this information and in the process realized that most people in their twenties and thirties feel like they need to know more about their financial futures, as well.
We understand that financial literacy is not a priority at any level of the education system, and as a result, people miss out on their prime investment period, fail to develop the credit they’ll need later in life, and make big financial decisions out of fear—rather than education. We set out to develop the educational tools we wished we’d had to help us understand our own personal finances.
We’ve built a strong team of people who believe financial literacy should be accessible. We want to mobilize Millennials through financial education. Millennials wield $200 billion annual spending power, and are expected to inherit $30 trillion from baby boomers, yet will tell you they need financial education.

Michael has had a passion for finance since he proclaimed at 7 years old that his favorite thing to do was count money. He loves all types of equities equally, and his favorite Greek letter is Beta—but only when it involves testing or price volatility. At 15, he was hired as one of the youngest bank tellers, and prides himself on setting up a retirement plan at the hearty age of 17. He loves meeting and talking to new people, and spends more time on LinkedIn than any other social media site. In his free time, he enjoys watching Red Sox games, trading stocks, and of course, researching all aspects of the financial world. Michael aspires to one day to own a professional baseball team, compete at the World Series of Poker, and most importantly, revolutionize the way we live.
