“I've been with my company for a couple years and that's how I learned about LearnLux. Personally, I am a big fan of it. Being a young adult, making bigger life choices like buying a house, for example, it was personally really eye opening for me. I didn't really have anybody who would give me that guidance, like LearnLux did. As someone who has medical debt with my disability, and school debt from seeking higher education, it taught me how to handle that and not have that anxiety. So, I really appreciate LearnLux for all that education.” Caitlynn W., Senior CX Professional
For HR and Benefits leaders, Caitlynn’s experience shows how financial wellbeing programs support employees who are balancing complex financial decisions while also managing the added challenges that come with a disability. As a young adult, she was working through medical debt, student loans, and the stress of not knowing where to begin. She also faced major milestones, including planning for homeownership and understanding the long term impact of her benefits. LearnLux provided guidance that was clear, empathetic, and relevant to her situation.
Through LearnLux, Caitlynn was able to:
Caitlynn’s experience reflects the challenges many employees face when debt, disability related expenses, and life milestones overlap. A financial wellbeing program that offers clear education and compassionate support helps individuals feel more in control of their finances and better equipped to plan for the future.
For employers, this type of support leads to meaningful outcomes. Employees who understand their benefits, manage debt effectively, and reduce money related stress are more engaged and more productive. Programs like LearnLux create a more secure and prepared workforce, which delivers stronger long term value for the organization.
Hi, my name is Caitlynn. I've been with my company for a couple years and that's how I learned about LearnLux. Personally, I am a big fan of it.
I felt like it helped me understand how to build good credit, how to save for things like a house, and understanding a mortgage and understanding a 401(k) and all that. Being a young adult, and as I've gotten older in my company and making bigger life choices like buying a house, for example, it was personally really eye opening for me. I didn't really have anybody that would give me that guidance, like LearnLux did. I really enjoy the webinars, a lot of educational moments in there. As someone who has a little bit of debt medically with my disability, and then school debt from seeking higher education, it taught me also a lot of that, and how to handle that. And the calculator on it is really good. I use it to guide me through how much I can put towards savings and how much I can have miscellaneous. It helps give you a breather and not have that anxiety.
So I really appreciate LearnLux for all that education.
Thank you Caitlynn for sharing your LearnLux story!
