Hi, my name is Mary and I'd love to share a bit about my financial journey. I grew up in a single parent household where money was tight and financial conversations weren't really part of our day to day. We didn't talk about investing or retirement, and sometimes even budgeting wasn't enough to cover utilities, let alone groceries.

But that experience sparked something in me. As I got older, I became curious about finance and budgeting, and I started teaching myself everything I could. It wasn't always smooth. I had some setbacks, but over time those lessons turned into wins, and now my family and I celebrate every step forward, big or small.

One of the biggest wins recently is that I'm about to pay off my student debt by the time I'm 30. This has been a personal goal since college, and I'm really proud of myself for accomplishing it.
